It suddenly occured to me that because I both forgot to have my film scanned
at the photo place (which gave me a cookbook, a bunch of free developing
coupons and a handful of photo sleeves for having 9 rolls of film processed
at the same time) and because I’m a complete nitwit it may be a while before I get those images of the desert
scanned.
It’s never been an issue before, I’ve -always- had a flatbed around
someplace. It boggles the mind. I realize now that I need a scanner.
Especially with summer coming, and a greater urge than ever before to get out
and take pictures.
I’ve had such horrible luck buying scanners, too… I’ve gone through four
that have blown up within 24 hours of using them.
