So I’m walking to the bus this morning and my heart is pounding and I’m
getting short of breath, and I’m thinking to myself “I’m -so- out of shape!”
when I turn back and realise that I’ve been climbing a 90 foot escarpment at
a 25 degree angle using my normal stride every morning.
I’m going to be in top form by next spring!
I heard about a marathon being run this weekend in Toronto. I’m not ready for
it quite yet, but by next spring I should be back up to running the distance.
I’m in for some hardcore training.
