I’m so in love with the warm Vancouver weather!
The flight back was pretty uneventful, but I’m getting more and more upset
with the state of security in airports. They’re so inconsistently paranoid
that it’s my beleif that they’re really just hassling “normal” people with
little or no effectiveness against anyone who really means a flight some
harm. I’m planning on writing a big long letter to a newspaper editor
someplace. I wonder if I’ll be sued for “observing” that they sell letter
openers in the gift shops inside the security perimiter.
