I often have intensely vivid dreams, particularly on weekends, and people
invariably end up phoning me up and rousing me from them in such a way that
images from them get permanently fixed in my mind and I can remember sharp
details.
Last night, I (and a bunch of others) had been sucked into the newest Super
Mario game, it involved lots of jumping from platform to platform in a jungle
temple sort of landscape… meanwhile, in the game, an evil overlord was bent
on crucifying musical celebrities. He was in the process of finishing off
Moby (Who had a great finishing animation, by the way) when I came stampeding
over the edge of the temple with an army of people running backwards on giant
boulders. I think we got there on time to save him, but Michael Jackson
didn’t make it.
