Nosebleed

October 7th, 2002 · No Comments · Uncategorized

Someone’s got a nosebleed at 2am, and it’s me.

I went to this horrible bar with the gang from work on Friday, and the place
was -so- smokey that I lost my voice in the hour I was there, I couldn’t
breathe any longer, and even two days later, I’m still coughing up grossness
and getting infrequent nosebleeds. (a [...]

Classical for Dummies

October 6th, 2002 · No Comments · Uncategorized

So, I pointed out earlier to my friend Jen that most of the songs I go
looking for on Kazaa are attributed to the wrong artist.

Case in point: the William Tell Overture, which was composed by Rossini, is
incorrectly credited to, in no particular order, Beethoven, Mozart, Bach,
Puccini, REM (?), Pierre (???), Spike Jones, Mike Oldfield, and [...]

Inflate

and stinky and boogly-eyed forever!

This game punishes excellence and [...]

October 4th, 2002 · No Comments · Uncategorized

I can’t get over the unfairness of the world. So I get addicted to a game
that I find a link for on Penny-Arcade called BookWorm.
It’s a fun word game that kindof plays out like that game I play with
scrabble tiles dumped all over the table in my living room, and I play for a
few minutes, [...]

Bif Naked

October 2nd, 2002 · No Comments · Uncategorized

I have to admit that I’m not a big fan of Bif Naked’s music (Although she was
one of the real voices of Josie and the Pussycats when they sung, and I found
their stuff way too catchy. *grin* I also liked SpaceMan.) and I’m not a big
fan of her stage presence, and I’m not a big [...]

I’m glad it’s in the Living Room

October 2nd, 2002 · No Comments · Uncategorized

I’m glad my computer is no-where near my bedroom, because every morning I
wake up, think something totally inane, and then think “I should post this on
my website!”

Among other things to recently pass through my morning mind as subject
topics: My itchy feet, the way sunrises are really shadowy, how a chair can
kindof look like a four-legged [...]
