Cabbage!

I cut up a purple cabbage a little differently than usual for coleslaw, from the stem up this time, and was struck by the beauty of it’s 3rd order spiral symmetry. Supercool and fractaly! Plus, the colours look “Pizzow!” (I made that word up) in a salad.

Parking for the Rich
