Natasha and I attended an event in the market last night (which I’ll describe in depth later), but street parking was a huge hassle because the big parking garage was closed, so I drove around detours getting frustrated until I discovered that the parkade on Clarence and Dalhousie had some spots.
Returning to the car 3 hours later, the payment machine hummed and buzzed and sized us up for a while (a long while), then produced a number:

Unfortunately I’d left my briefcase full of crisp twenties in my -other- car, so we buzzed the help number and they let us out on a freebie just this once, since they know I’m good for it.
