On Swiffering

August 3rd, 2010 · 3 Comments · Observations

I don’t want to like Swiffer Sweepers, because they’re environmentally irresponsible, flimsily built, and uneconomical. Every corporate automaton’s dream – a pay-per-use broom.

But man – can that thing ever collect dust!

Maybe it can be a sometimes broom. Like, for special sweeping occasions.

I think you can use reusable J-cloths spritzed with a bit of water instead of the disposable $wiffer cloths.

Those brooms work very well, but they are rather toxic. A bad idea, especially if you have toddlers crawling around.

Check out the Norwex ones… They’re pretty good.
