So, I saw another Taiko Concert in Winnipeg this evening, one I’d been
waiting to see for quite a while. There were some fantastic performances,
especially by San Jose Taiko and Soh Daiko from
New York.

A minor miracle happened today. After months of searching and eventually
givng up, convinced I’d left my digital camera on an airplane in Vancouver…

All night there have been big huge flakes of snow falling from low clouds,
blanketing the city. I have all the lights off in my apartment, and the glow
of the city reflecting through the clouds is bright enough to nearly read by.
